Transactions to mail:     

1. Bill of Sale Registrations or Transfers. 
2. Transfers of registered  stock. Seller and buyer complete the reverse of Certificate of Registry, seller must sign and date.

Notes & Tips:

• Bill of Sale and Transfer transactions are  considered  “Wet  Ink  Signature  Documents”. The  original document must be received in AMBA and noted, copied or scanned, and will be returned after processing.
• Wet  Ink  Signature  Documents include:   Certificate  of  Registry  for  Transfer of ownership, correction to Certificate or Herd Book record, and Bill of Sale Registrations and Transfers.  
• Correction to Certificate or Herd Book record may receive a new Certificate upon ordering Duplicate or Corrected copy.
• Retain  copies  of  front  and  back  of  Certificate  of  Registry  and  Bill  of  Sale. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
• Photo  Requirement  for  Registration  policy  applies  to  all  Herd  Book  work, including all Registrations  and  Transfers. (Photo Requirement pdf link is in the section above.)
• Photos can be emailed or mailed prior to submitting applications, documents and payment.

• Email photos to: MulefootRegistry@gmail.com:  Farm name, Animal ID (name, tag # or Certificate of Registry  number), in subject  line.  Failure to submit photos in a timely manner will delay processing.
• Mail Combo Form v7, Registration Application, original Certificate of Registry for Transfer, and/or original Bill of Sale for Registration or Transfer  to:

Documents improperly submitted and/or approved or processed in error are subject to review, removal and returned without processing. AMBA & Registry will make every effort to resolve issues before returning work.  It is the responsibility of Breeders, Buyers and Sellers ensure document packets are complete and correct.
