Pig & Hog Photographs are required of all Registration forms
relating to pigs and our Herd Book.

put your farm name/member name and animal ID in the subject line. This should be done as soon as you submit documentation, or before submitting forms or payment for pre-approval.

Newest Combo Form includes opt-in/opt-out box for email and/or USPS mail communication,
and updated USPS Priority Mail fee from $8 to $10.
Email AMBA at mulefootregistry@gmail.com if you need a Combo Form mailed to you.
Prepaid Work received without Combo Form cannot be processed.

These transactions are considered “Wet Ink Signature Documents”.
Wet ink signature documents include: Certificate of Registry for Transfer
of ownership and correction to record, and Bill of Sale.
Seller and buyer complete the reverse of Certificate of Registry, seller must sign and date.

Photographs Required for Registration policy applies to all Herd Book work
including Registration and Transfers.
Enclose or submit photos of ALL Transfer stock and Transfers with Bill of Sale.

Farm name, the word “Transfer” and Animal ID (name, tag # or Certificate of Registry number)

Failure to submit photos in a timely manner will delay processing.

Send clear, closeup photos of your hog, pig, piglet, litter, junior gilt or boar, or senior sows and boars. Best to email them first so we can make sure all points needed are clear enough to place them correctly. One registrant, candidate or littermate photo set per email, one hoof per photo - marked LF, RF, LR, RR. (Provisional and Recovery pig owners already comply.) Photos required: face view with ear tag, (may be two photos) side view of body, rear end, individual feet - labeled LF, RF, LR, RR email photos to: mulefootregistry@gmail.com (entering email in space below may not allow you to upload photos.) 12/31/22 gc
